ADEM User List Page
Simplifying enterprise-scale troubleshooting into a single streamlined workflow
I redesigned the ADEM User List Page for Palo Alto Networks, consolidating 7 fragmented workflows into one intuitive interface. This redesign improved IT admin efficiency, cutting task completion times by 80% and saving 30 seconds per ticket across enterprise-scale deployments.

Context
Background
Palo Alto Networks is a global leader in cybersecurity with 20,000+ employees. Its Autonomous Digital Experience Management (ADEM) features within the platform Strata Cloud Manager helps Fortune 500 IT admins troubleshoot user connectivity.
Unlike consumer apps, enterprise security software is dense, technical, and high-stakes, admins need clarity, speed, and trust to resolve problems that can affect thousands of employees at once. My challenge was to design a new page within ADEM that addressed one of the longstanding pain points for cybersecurity IT admins.

Timeline
The Problem
Disjointed workflows slowed ticket resolution → cognitive overload. High friction risked enterprise adoption + contract renewals
The existing pathway to access user device data was fragmented across 7 separate workflows. IT admins reported that finding basic data often required 40+ seconds and multiple tabs, increasing Mean Time to Ticket Resolution (MTTR).

The Solution
I led the end-to-end design of a new User Device List Page, consolidating multiple workflows into a single, simplified interface.
Streamlined navigation → 7 workflows into 1 page
Restructured information hierarchy → faster scanning
Common task: finding a user device at a specific point in time → 80% less clicks (8 → 2)
Faster backend due to limited data shown
Designed with AI integrations to reduce manual input and surface insights faster
